We are currently seeking passionate and experienced coaches to guide and mentor our male and female teams, ranging from Under 17s to Under 19s.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement training sessions focused on enhancing technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness of the players.
Provide individualised coaching to foster the growth and development of each player, taking into account their unique strengths and areas for improvement.
Create a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and a love for the game.
Monitor player progress and performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
Collaborate with the academy's academic staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for the student-athletes.
Requirements:
Minimum FA Level 2 Coaching Certificate.
Proven experience in coaching football at youth level.
Excellent knowledge of football coaching techniques, tactics, and training methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with players, parents, and academy staff.
Passion for youth development and a genuine interest in the holistic growth of student-athletes.
Ability to work part-time hours through the day to accommodate training schedules.
Salary and Benefits:
This is a part-time position, offering a competitive salary range of £12,000 - £18,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to fostering excellence in youth football.
