The Pro Elite Academy Girls Emerging Talent Pathway is designed for ambitious female footballers aged U11-U16 who want to develop within a professional football environment whilst preparing for future opportunities in the women's game.
Our programme combines high-quality coaching, strength and conditioning, competitive matches and individual player development to help every player reach their potential.
Whether your ambition is to progress into our Football & Education Scholarship Programme, senior women's football or beyond, our coaching team will support your journey every step of the way.

Our Girls Emerging Talent teams compete in the Junior Premier League (JPL), providing players with regular high-quality competition against leading girls' football academies. Fixtures are played every Saturday.
Player pathway
Every player within the Girls Emerging Talent Pathway has the opportunity to progress through the Pro Elite Academy pathway.
