About the pathway
At Pro Elite Academy, your journey doesn't end after completing our two-year Football & Education Scholarship Programme. Students have the opportunity to continue their education by studying for a Foundation Degree in Football Coaching and Development, whilst continuing to train and compete in a professional football environment.
Our degree pathway is designed for ambitious student-athletes who want to combine higher education with elite football development, preparing them for careers within football and the wider sports industry. This programme combines academic study with practical football experience, allowing students to develop the knowledge, skills and experience required for a successful career within football. Students continue to train, compete and gain valuable practical coaching experience throughout the programme.

Option one
Complete your degree in the UK whilst continuing your football development within the Pro Elite Academy programme.
Option two
Complete the full degree in the UK, or study one year in the UK followed by one year in Spain - a unique opportunity to experience a different football culture whilst continuing your higher education and football development.
International experience
Students choosing the Spain pathway will benefit from a full programme of football and support designed to help them develop both on and off the pitch, whilst preparing them for careers within football and the wider sports industry.
