Lee is Bradford born was a former Bradford City schoolboy, Lee has had a long and established career over 22 years with 8 years spent professionally and over 14 years semi-pro. Lee has played for the likes of Southport, Morecambe, Halifax, Yeovil Town, Crawley Town and Exeter City where he played at Wembley Stadium twice.

Whilst playing at Stalybridge Celtic, Lee started coaching with the U19’s Academy team and at the same time started his journey at Bradford City Academy with the under 13’s. Lee won the National Alliance u19s league in his first season with Stalybridge.
Upon leaving Staylybridge to Harrogate town he then became Head Coach with Harrogate U19’s Academy team.
Lee in his professional academy journey progressed to become Lead Coach in the PDP Phase working with the youth team at BCFC, where he would lead them to 2 consecutive titles and Northern winners and National cup finalists.
Lee briefly worked as Youth development Coach at his old playing club Morecambe FC before turning full-time with Pro elite.

Whilst at Harrogate Town playing Lee and Luke met started up the ideaology of Pro Elite Academy.

Lee is an excellent and determined coach committed to developing and helping players progress from all levels. Now fully focussed on developing all players in PECA whether beginners or advanced. With an eye to identify players needs, learning skills and how to get the best from them.

Lee has is UEFA A Licence and completed FA youth modules 1-3. Also a qualified fitness instructor and lifeguard, he is Club welfare officer for Pro Elite .

Lee’s links with Bradford City and many other professional and semi-professional football clubs are a great asset to the Pro Elite Academy team, he brings a wealth of experience at all levels of playing and coaching football.
